About Guido to Go

Guido to Go is a family owned and operated catering service that provides grab-and-go-style Italian cuisine for busy families. All of our menu items are family recipes that have been handed down from generation to generation and use only traditional Italian ingredients. We believe in the value of providing only the best for our family and, therefore, would not sell anything that we would not serve to our loved ones.

Our Philosophy

Authentic Italian cuisine is not something that can be prepared in 30 minutes. It is a recipe that blends the ingredients of time, tradition and love into an experience to be shared with the entire family. In the Italian household, food is synonymous with love; when one enters an Italian home, the first thing offered is food. Food brings the family together to share a meal, each other’s company and a part of their lives with one another.

In different parts of Italy, there is a difference in the relationship between pasta, meats and seafood. That relationship is complemented by the types of sauces that bring them together, just as the relationships in a family are complemented and strengthened by the flavor of each personality. We feel that this relationship is a central component of Italian culture, so we invite you to partake in our traditional Italian cuisine and company culture – an offer of love, from our family to yours.
